As the first rains of the year arrived, “Samrub Raek Fon” (First Rain Feast) was brought to life through a special Four-Hands Dinner, inviting guests to experience the story of the rainy season through six courses of contemporary Thai cuisine.
Created by Chef Noom and Chef Nick, the dinner brought together their personal memories, perspectives, and inspirations from the rainy season, expressed through each dish from the ingredients and flavours to the stories behind them.
Across the six courses, the dinner became more than just a meal. Each dish offered a different interpretation of the rainy season through the chefs’ perspectives, creating an experience filled with flavour, memories, and meaning.
