Chef Kong, owner and chef of Taang Caravan Table & Wine, Wiang Khao Soi & Grill Bar  and Locus Native Food Lab in Chiang Rai, is dedicated to preserving the flavors of Lanna cuisine. Working closely with local communities and indigenous ingredients, he combines regional wisdom with contemporary culinary craftsmanship to introduce Northern Thailand’s rich food culture to a wider audience.
